We can only arrange returns for goods with quality problems.
If you receive a product that is inconsistent with the order content or has quality issues, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of receipt (based on the date on the logistics document) along with the following information.
Order Number
Consignee’s name and phone number
Product name and quantity in question
The problem with the product in detail in text and provide photos.
All products must be returned in the original condition in which they were sold. We will not accept products that have been damaged, modified or damaged. Please ensure that the item must be unopened and in its original condition.
